Here is a photo of the most recent batch of baklava I made. I used pecans, almonds, and rose water from my own garden. The cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper came from the Indian grocery store, called, as they all seem to be: Taj. The phyllo came from the local grocery store. It came out very nicely, and all 160 pieces are already eaten.
